How it works

1. Choose your picnic styling

Your picnic styling includes selection of picnic size, location, and color palette. Once chosen, we supply everything you need to enjoy an enchanted picnic with family and friends. Visit the Stylings page to view examples of different picnic sizes and setup. 
 
Each unique design includes: boho style wooden tables, luxurious place settings, comfortable seat cushions, vintage shade umbrellas, palette aligned table decorations, bluetooth speakers, welcome easel, locally sourced fresh flowers (yours to keep), and bottled flat or sparkling water.

​Reserve your favorite day, time, and picnic styling by using the Book Now page - keep in mind, two-week advanced notice is required for all reservations. Once you have your picnic reserved, you will receive an email confirmation and invite to schedule a phone consultation. During this brief 15–20-minute call, I will gather information about your occasion, your preferred color scheme, location, and any special requests such as what greeting you would like on the welcome easel. 
 
We cater to the Southern Maryland Tri-County area. Please email me directly if you have a special request outside of this area, if your party size exceeds 10 people, or if your preferred picnic date is closer than the required two-week notice.

2. Pricing
Our picnic styling rates are based on picnic size and location. The base rate includes complete design, setup, and removal for any private or public area within 30-miles of Chaptico, MD for a 2-hour picnic. There is a nominal fee per additional hour requested over 2-hours, and locations further than 30-miles incur an additional $1/mile roundtrip. See the Pricing section below for a full list of our standard prices. For parties larger than 10 people or outside the 30-mile radius, please email me for a quote.

3. Choose Your Location
We cater to the Southern Maryland Tri-County area but we always do our best to accommodate special requests for outside this area. Use your imagination for the perfect Enchanted Picnic! We specialize in both indoor and outdoor spaces and can create unique designs that match your special occasion. It is your responsibility to obtain permission or permit where required.
 
Please note that any location outside of our standard 30-mile radius of Chaptico, MD requires an additional $1/mile roundtrip transportation fee.
 
Please email me directly if you have: a special request for a location outside of the Tri-County area, if you need location ideas for your Enchanted Picnic, if your party size exceeds 10 people, or if your preferred picnic date is closer than the required two-week notice.

4. Fill out the booking form
Reserving your favorite day/time is simple! Simply select your Enchanted Picnic size from the Book Now option on the menu bar and fill out the booking form. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking.
 
Once you have your picnic reserved, you will receive an email confirmation with invite to schedule a phone consultation. 5. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your Enchanted Picnic
All you have to do is show up to your Enchanted Picnic with your desired food/beverages and enjoy yourself! We take care of all the rest.

$50 for every additional hour beyond 2-hours

50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our styling services includes your choice of sparkling or flat water but we do not include any food. We encourage you to bring whatever food you would like! If you are interested in having your picnic catered or prepared for you, we can provide a list of some food vendors in the Southern MD area that we highly recommend Please email us and we will provide those for you or we can provide at your consultation.

     

    Please note: consumption of alcohol on public grounds must follow community/county regulations.

  • The base rate includes complete design, setup, and removal for any private or public area within 30-miles of Chaptico, MD. Locations further than 30-miles incur an additional $1/mile roundtrip.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your event. The remainder of the balance must be paid 72 hours before your event. Although there is no refund for cancellations, we will work with you to reschedule a new date.

  • We know Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If it looks like inclement weather will affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss rescheduling options. There is no rescheduling fee associated with picnic delays due to bad weather (precipitation or high winds). 

  • Yes, absolutely! The color palettes are a starting point and during your consultation call we will finalize your preferences and discuss any requests to personalize your picnic experience.

  • No! The picnic length is always up to you. To increase the length just mention it at the consultation call and your final payment will be adjusted to include $50/per additional hour.
