Cancellation Policy

Each Enchanted Picnic Styling booking comes with size, design, location setup/removal of picnic setting for 2-hours. Longer picnics will incur $50/additional hour. The standard price includes locations within 30-mile radius of Chaptico, MD. Picnics outside of that area incur $1/mile roundtrip additional cost. 50% of the standard price is due at time of booking with the remaining balance plus any additional fees due within 72-hours of picnic date. There is no charge to reschedule due to inclement weather but there is a $50 fee added if rescheduled for personal reasons. The deposit will be returned in full if picnic is canceled by Enchanted Picnics.
